Developed by Rabina, this mixed-use skyscraper will house 100 condos from the 42nd to the 80th floors, priced from $1.7 million. The design by Vicky Charles features rich hues and luxurious materials, reflecting the glamour of old New York. The building's crown jewel is the 88th-floor residents-only amenity floor, complete with a solarium, lounge, and dining room.
Architectural firm Kohn Pedersen Fox, known for their work in creating Hudson Yards, designed the tower with elegant terracotta arches inspired by the Beaux-Arts style, echoing nearby landmarks like Grand Central Terminal. This design not only adds a touch of classic New York grandeur but also seamlessly integrates the tower into the architectural heritage of the area, creating a cohesive and visually striking addition to the skyline.

Kohn Pedersen Fox unveils the architectural plan for the 520 Fifth Avenue tower in Midtown
Manhattan, set to reach 1,000 feet. Inspired by Hugh Ferriss' 1920s speculative drawings,
the design integrates classic New York architecture with modern modular arches. The
structure will feature luxury residences above Class A office spaces, all enhanced by
stepped, fluted window casings and an arched colonnade at ground level. Construction is
underway with a target completion in 2025.
